Completed residential applications should include a non-refundable application fee specific to the property in the form of Electronic Payment. It is required to provide a copy of your Social Security Card, ID/Drivers License, and proof of income (most recent 4 weeks of pay stubs). Applications are considered incomplete until all necessary documentation is supplied.

Completed commercial applications should include:

1. a non-refundable application fee in the form of Electronic Payment
2. a copy of your Social Security Card or IRS Form
3. ID/Drivers License
4. proof of income (recent bank statement or previous years federal tax return)
