Completed residential applications should include a non-refundable application fee tailored to the property in the form of Electronic Payment. It is required to provide a copy of your Social Security Card, ID/Driver’s License, and proof of income (most recent 4 weeks of pay stubs). Anyone 18 years or older must apply. For minors, a copy of their birth certificate and social is required. Applications are considered incomplete until all necessary documentation is supplied.
Each applicant is subject to a nonrefundable processing fee tailored to the property. The fee covers expenses for third-party and office staff processing services. Upon selecting "apply," the property will disclose the designated application fee.
Applications are accepted and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are processed through a third-party company factored by background, credit, residential history, and income. Monthly income must be three times the rental amount.
Yes, we’ll need an application from anyone over the age of 18 years old that will be living in the property. Even if you and your partner share a credit score, we still need to verify each individual’s criminal and eviction history.
1. Go to our Availability tab and find the property you wish to apply for.
2. Once you have found the property, click the “Apply Now” button.
3. Make sure to choose “I am applying as a tenant".
Read through the instructions carefully and complete the application.
Don’t forget to upload your photo ID, social security card, pay stubs/proof of income and employment, and any other documents that may be required.
Pay the application fee.
Your cosigner will apply the same way you did. Please have your cosigner follow the instructions above but choose “I am applying as a co-signer/guarantor for another applicant.
Tenants must purchase and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage.
Pets are only permitted with prior approval at properties that allow pets on the premises. Rabies Vaccination(s) must be up-to-date and must be kept current, proof of vaccination is required.

A copy of your Social Security Card or IRS Form, ID/Driver’s License, and proof of income (recent bank statement or previous year's federal tax return) will be required. Applications are considered incomplete until all necessary documentation is supplied.
